What we operate

Travel, e-commerce and digital commerce, each run as its own business.

Banu Sami FZ LLC holds all three. Each one carries its own customers, its own staff and its own targets, and answers to the parent for capital and direction.

One legal entity. Three operating sectors.

Travel & Tourism

Travel and tourism: bookings seen through to arrival.

The work sits in itineraries, accommodation and ground arrangements for travellers moving through the Gulf and beyond. Most of it happens after the booking is confirmed: checking availability holds, chasing confirmations from suppliers, and rearranging a trip when a flight or a hotel falls through.

A booking is only worth as much as the arrangements behind it. That means keeping supplier information current, pricing accurately for the dates on offer, and having someone answer when a traveller's plans change midway.

Day to day, this covers:

  • Building and pricing itineraries and accommodation packages
  • Confirming ground arrangements with suppliers
  • Tracking availability so quoted prices hold
  • Resolving cancellations, delays and changes after booking

e-Commerce

e-Commerce retail judged on the second order, not the first.

This sector sources product, writes and maintains listings, and holds enough stock to fulfil what it sells. Fulfilment and returns are handled directly rather than passed to a third party, because a return handled badly costs more than the sale it followed.

Ranges are chosen and kept on the basis of repeat purchase, not launch volume. A line that sells once and gets returned is a worse result than a smaller line customers come back to.

Day to day, this covers:

  • Sourcing and listing product ranges
  • Holding stock cover against demand
  • Fulfilment and dispatch of orders
  • Handling returns and repeat purchase

Digital Commerce Services and Portals

Digital commerce storefronts and merchant portals kept available.

This sector builds and runs storefronts, product catalogues, and the payment and order flows behind them. It also runs merchant portals so the people selling through them can manage their own listings, orders and payouts without going through us for every change.

The measure that matters is whether checkout stays available. A catalogue that looks right but fails at payment is worse than no catalogue at all, so the operating attention goes into uptime, order accuracy and reconciling payments correctly.

Day to day, this covers:

  • Running storefronts and product catalogues
  • Maintaining payment and order flows
  • Operating merchant portals for sellers
  • Keeping checkout available and orders reconciled
